Zoning Hearing Board Applications

The following Zoning Hearing Board applications are currently under review.  If you have questions or would like additional information, please contact  the Township’s Zoning Officer, Andrea Campisi. All Zoning Hearing Board hearings are open to the public and generally (but not always) occur as needed on the 3rd Monday of the month.  Hearings are advertised in the Daily Local News and are posted on the calendar.

919 Lenape Road (Finnerty Property)

An appeal from a Notice of Violation issued by the Township for a bridge that was constructed in the floodplain without the proper permit. In the alternative, the applicant seeks the necessary variances from the East Bradford Township Zoning Ordinance to allow the bridge to remain.

The hearing was originally scheduled for January 24, 2022 but was postponed. 

1001 Skelp Level Road (Property of East Bradford Township)

The applicant seeks the following variances and any and all relief necessary to enable a future owner to use the property for by right agricultural uses permitted in the East Bradford Township Zoning Ordinance: 

  1. Section 115-11D2, to allow the existing barn to be setback from the property line 45’ where 100’ is required. 
  2. Section 115-11D3, to allow two homes on the property which consists of 15.8 acres instead of the required 20 acres. 

The hearing was held on November 3, 2022 at which time the Zoning Hearing Board approved the variances.
