Description

Harmony Hill Nature Area, at 240 acres in size, is East Bradford’s largest park and one of its most popular. The park features 7 miles of natural surface trails that are open to pedestrians and cyclists. Dogs are allowed on the trails but horses are prohibited. Harmony Hill Nature Area can be accessed from two parking areas. The 1200 Skelp Level Road parking lot provides direct access to the natural trails, a small picnic ground, and a connection to the Hogs' Hollow Trail on Paradise Farm Camps property. The parking lot on Harmony Hill Road, just east of the Gibson covered bridge, provides direct access to the East Branch Brandywine Trail which connects with the natural surface trail system in numerous locations.

For the convenience of park users, a portable toilet and bike repair station can be found at the 1200 Skelp Level Road parking area. The trail connection into the Hogs Hollow Trail at Paradise Farm Camps requires pedestrians to cross Skelp Level Road. Please cross the road attentively and obey all posted rules while on the private Paradise Farm Camps property. Bikes, pets and horses are all prohibited on the Hogs Hollow Trail which is a pedestrian-only trail. Please avoid riding bikes on the natural surface trails at Harmony Hill Nature Area within 24 hours of precipitation events.
