Jane I. Reed Park is adjacent to East Bradford Elementary School on Frank Road. This small park includes a small picnic area, a Gaga Ball court, and the wooded Peter W. Orr Nature Trail. Parking for this park is available at the elementary school parking lot. The park has been named after Jane I. Reed, who taught at the one room Copeland Schoolhouse and then at the new East Bradford Elementary School once it opened in the late 1950’s. Ms. Reed was very interested in nature and often took her students to this location to teach them the subject. The nature trail in the park has been named after Peter W. Orr, the longtime chairman of the Township Parks & Recreation Board who retired in 2012 after 20+ years of community service.
